Automated PLUS Proofing

Step 1
Is this a Diaz proof? $
Diaz proofs follow the stricter Copy Commandments — no Oxford commas, no em-dashes (en-dashes only, with single spaces around them), "more than" not "over," every acronym spelled out on first use (even widely known ones, even if used only once), "percent" not %, full publication names, "D.C." not "DC," and more. Standard PLUS proofs follow AP Style with PLUS conventions but allow more flexibility.
Standard PLUS proof: AP Style baseline + PLUS formatting (Arial Narrow, 12pt, end with ###). Acronyms for known orgs OK on first use. Some flexibility on style choices.
Step 2
Oxford comma — yes or no?
Set the serial-comma rule for this proof. The Oxford (or "serial") comma is the comma right before and or or in a list of three or more items.
No Oxford comma (PLUS default, required for Diaz): red, white and blue — no comma before "and." The tool will flag any serial comma it finds.
